Is it free?
Yes. Sending, receiving, waiting and taking on challenges cost nothing. Only universal credits are paid, and they’re optional.
Can my friends screenshot my photo?
If you block screenshots when sending, the phone blocks screenshots and screen recordings. No app can stop someone from photographing the screen with another device: don’t send anything you wouldn’t want to see shared.
How long do my photos stick around?
30 days max: every photo is deleted automatically, on your side and your friend’s. You can pick 7 days or 24 h in your settings, and delete a photo yourself as soon as it’s been revealed.
I sent the wrong photo, or to the wrong person…
You have 2 minutes to take it back: tap “Cancel” right after sending, or from the photo. It disappears on your friend’s side.
Can my friend see part of the photo before unlocking it?
Only if you allow it: the blurred preview shows a tiny, fuzzy version, just colors and shapes. The real photo stays encrypted until it’s unlocked.
What are challenges for?
You write them yourself when sending. When your friend completes one and you approve it, they earn credits they can use on your photos, in your conversation only.
Why is the sender told when I use universal credits?
Because it’s part of the game: they know you couldn’t wait.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Account & security → Delete my account. All the options.
