Delete your account

From the app (instant)

  1. Open waited and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Account & security.
  3. At the bottom, under “Delete my account”, enter your password and confirm.

Without the app

Write to contact@waited.app with your username, from an address you can use to confirm. We delete the account within 30 days at most.

What gets erased

Your account, your photos (sent and received), your messages and conversations, your credits (universal ones too, which aren’t refunded), your notifications, settings and follows.

What we keep

Purchase records, not linked to your identity, for the legal accounting retention period. Reports about you, for the safety of other users. Details in the privacy policy.
