1. Seller

2. What is sold
Universal credits, usable in all your conversations to reduce the waiting time of a received photo: 1 credit = 1 hour less waiting. They are sold in packs:

The price that prevails is the one displayed by the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase, in your currency.
3. Payment
Payment is made through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), using the payment methods of your account. waited never receives your bank details. Credits are added as soon as the store confirms the payment.
4. Use of credits
- Credits have no expiry date as long as your account exists.
- They are not refundable in cash, not transferable to another account, and not exchangeable.
- When you use universal credits on someone's photo, that person is informed of it.
- Any remaining credits are lost if you delete your account or if it is deleted for failure to comply with the terms of use.
5. Right of withdrawal
Credits are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By purchasing, you request this immediate supply and waive your right of withdrawal (Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation)).
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store: [Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com / Google — Google Play support]. If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding credits are removed from your account.
7. Minors
If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian before any purchase. The parental controls of the App Store and Google Play apply.
